"Earn Money Online!" Ad Has Deceptive Red X Box.

So I get a spam comment with a link to this website, and I follow the link to see who's spamming me.

This pop up window blocks some of the text, so naturally you want to close it so you can read the text underneath.

When you click that Big Red X button, instead of closing the window, it takes you to some 3rd party web site, in my case, www.openyoo.com/topu-investment.html

Seems you need to click that tiny grey button if you want to close the window. Grrr

Here is the spam comment. Should I delete it or let it stand?
