My dishwasher which has been leaking for months now, started making a horrendous rackety-clackety noise and then stopped completely. Obviously, this can't be good. There is no room for a new dishwasher in the budget right now, but I thought that, perhaps, we could afford to get it fixed. I checked the phone book to find some numbers for those who do appliance repairs. I dialed the first number listed, and they said they would send someone right out. Look who showed up.
I could tell this was definitely NOT going to be my day when their representative arrived.
CLUELESS---they were all TOTALLY clueless! I must have let my temper get the best of me a bit then, because they looked a bit frightened when I started raging about their incompetence. One of them crawled completely INSIDE the dishwasher to hide!
