Mundane activities do set the mind free.
There is time to reflect and become one with the land.
To mow is to be living the good life. Wonderful.
Now, I, like Mr. Hochswender, am able to ponder the future of the world from the top of my yellow seat. The weekly chore takes an hour, not five--freeing time for a round of golf. And best of all, the mower has a built-in cup holder, just the right size for a can of beer. Is this a great country or what?
It leaves the reader with a sense of tranquility--and a humble sense of gratitude for the magnificent world of natural beauty that we have been privileged to enjoy.
