This was done for practice with SketchUp. The goal was to create a tiny flat for temporary living in a space that is 8.5 by 11 feet (10 foot ceiling). It was inspired by the sale offer of a London flat with the same dimensions:

"A flat roughly the size of a snooker table has gone on sale for £170,000 in London's upmarket Chelsea.
