Plot : Written and directed by Timothy Linh Bui, Powder Blue is a drama movie, all set in Los Angeles, and revolves around the lives of Rose-Johnny (Jessica Biel), Charlie (Forest Whitaker), Qwerty Doolittle (Eddie Redmayne) and Jack Doheny (Ray Liotta). It all starts when these Los Angeles residents are brought together other on Christmas Eve by tragedy, chance and divine intrusion. Rose-Jenny is overwhelmed erotic dancer at the strip club owned by Velvet. Eddie, a mortician, developed feelings for her. Randall heads a corporate crime organization. Charlie is a suicidal ex-priest who gets connected to Lexus, the transsexual prostitute. Movie shows how miracles do happen to bring people back to each other and how love finds its way, overshadowing fear and dilemmas.
