Explore visual searches and connect these tools with visual learners you may have - there are a lot of them these days. 

Part of the power of the emerging web is the collaborative focus. Being able to stand on the shoulders of those with previous experience enables us to get further in our own explorations. Sharing good resources helps others, and being able to find quality sites speeds us along our way. Folksonomies, a word derived from folk and taxonomy refers to the “tagging” (or categorizing) of items found on the web by its users in an attempt to categorize information they are finding. Tags are descriptors similar to keywords. We will also look at Social Bookmarking, as a professional tool.  Don't spend hours searching for resources that others with similar interests (ie; Educators) have already bookmarked.  Also, have your bookmarks available to you on any computer!
