Veoh Networks will distribute video from their broadband platform directly to consumers' televisions through a new collaboration with technology company Advanced Micro Devices, the Internet broadcasting company said Wednesday.

Through Active TV Solutions, driven by AMD, consumers will be able to stream broadcast and broadband content from the PC to the TV.

"Internet television is all about choice: what to watch, when to watch it and what device to watch it on," said Josh Metzger, senior vp corporate development at Veoh Networks. "We are delighted to collaborate with AMD as Active TV Solutions allows us to showcase our vast array of content directly in consumer's living rooms, on their big-screen TVs."
