Kerala-based company e-medSol has launched an integrated medical travel platform called Virtual Global Healthcare Ecosystem (VGHE).
The aim of the platform is to link together hospitals, patients and healthcare facilitators (HCFs).
V-GHE offers hospitals and HCFs an international platform on which to network, encouraging revenue sharing, communication, publicity and promotional activities, patient management and information management.
The company says the platform would offer a range of services to potential patients such as listing of hospitals with facility, location and doctor information. In addition, end-users will be able to access data on medical outcomes and infection rates, as well as patient testimonials.
Alongside cost of treatment, potential patients will also be offered accommodation, travel package and holiday options.
VGHE also offers secure medical files transfer and financial tools to enable online funds transfers.
