Mmmmmm.... Baked apples. Me, I'll use green apples. Nice tart Granny Smiths like you'd use for a pie. Smothered in butter and cinnamon and brown sugar... maybe add a nice slice of sharp cheddar to melt on top in the last 10 minutes or so of baking...
Aw hell. My mouth is watering. Now I want them BAD!!!
